Congratulations on your name change! If the texts are still addressing the old name, please call your pharmacy and ask them to confirm they've updated your records with the new name.
For example, sometimes the pharmacy may create a new profile for you in their system instead of updating the existing records, and you may have two text-accounts: one with the new name and one under the old name.
If the pharmacy confirms that your name has been corrected, please allow the system to sync overnight with the changes. You can test if it has updated by texting the letter P to our text message the following morning.
If the name did not change, or if at any points the texts revert back to the old name, please contact our support team.
